How do I qualify for a group rate?
To receive a group rate, a minimum number of participants is needed, dependent on group type (Mixed Group, Youth Group, School Group). If the number of participants is less than this minimum number upon arrival, the general admission prices will be the rate for each member of the group.
How can I make a reservation and is it possible to make changes to the reservation?
Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance or one week in advance when booking one or more menus. Otherwise the booking may receive no consideration. Groups without reservation will receive increased group rates.

Reservations consisting only of entrance tickets and/or individual menu vouchers are still changeable upon arrival at the groups counter. Bookings containing one or more scheduled menus can be changed up to one week before arrival.

How much is the parking fee for groups?
Free Parking for motor coaches on the designated parking area next to the main entrance. Group members arriving individually by car will pay the regular parking fee of € 5.00 per car.

How can the payment be made?
Groups must pay in one lump sum. Separate individual payments cannot be facilitated for group reservations. Accepted payment methods are cash as well as credit cards (Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and American Express). A previous bank transfer of the total amount is not necessary. If you  should prefer another payment method, we kindly ask you to contact our groups department at least two weeks prior to your visit at +49 (0) 2045 899 715.

School and Youth Groups receive one free chaperone per every 10 paying students/teenager. The total amount of free chaperones depends on the actual number of students/teenagers present upon arrival. The actual number of students/teenagers present may affect the number of free chaperones.

Bus Drivers receive a free entrance ticket to the park when presenting their licence at the groups counter. The bus driver must act as the driver of a group to get this free ticket. It may not be issued for private visits.

May I cancel my reservation?
Reservations without menus may be cancelled up to one day prior to arrival by telephone at +49 (0) 2045 – 899 715. Shorter cancellations may be accepted in exceptional cases.

Scheduled menus may be cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival.
