Important information about the online booking form for groups

 

Mandatory Fields

All fields marked with an * are mandatory in order to complete the booking.

 

Booking Deadline

A booking can be made until 3 days prior to the visit date or 5 days in advance when booking the Combi-Ticket. If the booking is made at a later time the group may not qualify for the discount.

Minimum Group Size

The group has to consist of at least 20 people ages 4 and up.

 

Booking Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your booking via e-mail within 3 work days. Only then your group applies as registered.

On site-Payment and collection of tickets

The payment and collection of your tickets (as well as any food vouchers) takes place at our group sales counter in front of the park.

In addition to cash we also accept Maestro cards as well as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club creditcards for payment.

Payment and receipt of tickets in advance

Optionally you may receive your ticket in advance by post. Please note, that the payment of the tickets needs to be done at least 14 days prior to your visit to make use of this service.
