In just three minutes, the festively decorated train takes you straight to Santa’s headquarters. There, Santa Claus himself – together with his cheerful elves – awaits you for an unforgettable meet & greet.
On seven large screens, you and 24 other guests will dive into a cinematic train ride that takes you right into the heart of the Christmas world. An experience specially designed for families with young children, making the holidays even more enchanting.

The experience was developed especially for families with young children and ensures unforgettable Christmas moments for the whole family.
Exclusively for the winter event
The experience is open for around two hours on all event days and can be visited for a small additional fee.
Time Riders
The festive experience takes place at Rockefeller Plaza in the building that houses the popular Time Riders attraction.
Booking information
- A separate ticket is required for every seat in Santa’s Express.
- Children under 8 years can only experience the attraction when accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 4 years can ride on an adult’s lap without a ticket.
- Take your own photos during the Meet & Greet or optionally purchase a souvenir photo on site.
