The whistleblower system/complaints procedure (LkSG)

Our compliance management system aims to establish a culture of values and to strengthen the personal responsibility of our employees beyond formal compliance with laws and regulations. This also includes the joint prevention and combating of behavior that damages our company, our employees, and our partners financially or in terms of reputation.

With our company-wide whistleblower system, we offer all employees and external persons a tool to ensure lawful conduct within the company and to uncover violations. In particular, human rights and environmental risks and violations of human rights and environmental obligations in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) can also be reported here. For more information, please refer to the rules of procedure (§8 (2) LkSG). These list the due diligence obligations for which reports can be made in accordance with the LkSG.

Whistleblowers who report misconduct for ethical and moral reasons are not informers. They play a key role in helping to preserve social and constitutional values in our company. However, please remember that information you provide about others may lead to decisions that have consequences for those individuals. We therefore ask you to only provide us with information that you believe to be correct to the best of your knowledge.

With your help, criminal activities can be detected at an early stage, perpetrators identified, and further damage prevented.

If you become aware of any wrongdoing and wish to report it, you can do so via the electronic whistleblower platform of our parent company Piolín BidCo, S.A. Anonymous reports can also be submitted. Anonymity is guaranteed.
