While enjoying your visit, we ask you not to overlook the consideration and caution that are expected in everyday life as well. Above all, this means taking responsibility for yourself and for others and observing the basic rules of courtesy. In addition, please carefully observe the following rules, which constitute our Park Regulations and which you agree to follow upon entering Movie Park Germany, in order to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Although we comply with all applicable regulations, we expect and appreciate our guests exercising good judgment and acting responsibly to protect their own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of those in their care. You are responsible not only for your own well-being but also for the health and safety of those around you.
Guests must READ AND FOLLOW all regulations, recommendations, and warnings and must use amusement facilities, equipment, and any provided safety gear properly. Guests who fail to do so may be removed from the park without any refund. Please observe the specific guidelines posted at the entrance of each attraction, as well as the general park regulations available here.
Every guest in our park is expected to behave in a civil and considerate manner toward other guests and park employees. Please treat park facilities, visitors, staff, flora, and fauna with respect.

Rides and attractions can provide wonderful memories and exciting experiences. However, amusement rides and water attractions may involve high-adrenaline activities that can place significant physical demands on your body and senses through rapid acceleration, high speeds, sudden and unpredictable movements, and forces that move your body in various directions (for example, affecting the neck and back), while also increasing heart rate and blood pressure.
DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY RIDE, ACTIVITY, OR ATTRACTION IF YOU ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, DRUGS (WHETHER PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES), OR ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE THAT MAY IMPAIR YOUR HEALTH, SENSES, ALERTNESS, REFLEXES, OR COORDINATION.
DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN RIDES, ACTIVITIES, OR ATTRACTIONS IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE OR HAVE HAD HEALTH CONDITIONS, PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL ISSUES, INJURIES, OR IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE OR FEARFUL ABOUT PARTICIPATING. THIS INCLUDES CONDITIONS AFFECTING THE HEART, NERVES, MUSCLES, BACK, NECK, BONES, JOINTS, TENDONS, LIGAMENTS, BRAIN, EYES, EARS, OR OTHER NEUROLOGICAL OR PHYSICAL CONDITIONS OR INJURIES. IT ALSO INCLUDES PREGNANCY (OR POSSIBLE PREGNANCY), RECENT SURGERY, OR RECOVERY FROM AN ILLNESS, MEDICAL CONDITION, TREATMENT, OR PROCEDURE.
ONLY YOU CAN DETERMINE WHETHER YOU ARE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FIT ENOUGH TO SAFELY PARTICIPATE IN A RIDE OR ACTIVITY AND WHETHER YOU MEET THE APPLICABLE HEIGHT, WEIGHT, AND AGE REQUIREMENTS. THE PARK DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE. YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION ABOUT WHETHER A RIDE OR ACTIVITY IS SUITABLE FOR YOU.
REMEMBER THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY ACTIVITY IN WHICH YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE.
The rules and signs of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply in our parking areas.
To ensure smooth traffic flow, instructions from our parking attendants must be followed at all times. Please park only within designated parking spaces. Vehicles parked improperly and causing an obstruction may be towed at the owner's risk and expense.
Disabled parking spaces may only be used by authorized individuals displaying the appropriate permits. Vehicles parked unlawfully in designated disabled spaces may be towed even if no authorized user is directly prevented from parking. All towing costs must be borne by the vehicle owner/operator.
The parking fee covers the provision of parking space only and does not include vehicle surveillance or security. Before leaving your vehicle, please ensure that doors, trunk, windows, and sunroof are closed and that no valuables are visible.
We cannot provide compensation for damage caused by extraordinary events such as storms, hail, explosions, or fire, nor for theft or damage caused by third parties. This does not apply if the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Movie Park Germany employees.
For security reasons, parking areas are monitored by video surveillance in compliance with GDPR requirements. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Movie Park Germany may only be entered through designated visitor entrances with a valid admission ticket or season pass.
Tickets and season passes (photo ID card) must be retained during the visit and presented upon request. Minors under the age of 14 may only enter when accompanied by a responsible adult.
An admission ticket entitles the holder to unlimited use of all operating attractions during park opening hours, subject to the operating rules of each attraction. Attractions requiring separate payment are excluded, including coin-operated attractions, games of skill, bungee jumping facilities, the interactive attraction Secrets of St. Elmo, and haunted houses during the Halloween Horror Festival.
Leaving the park invalidates admission rights. Re-entry on the same day is only permitted with a valid hand stamp.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry.
No full or partial refund will be granted if attractions are unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, force majeure, or because new attractions are not yet completed or existing attractions are being refurbished.
Certain areas of the park and some attractions are monitored by video surveillance for safety purposes in accordance with GDPR requirements.
All guests agree, for safety reasons, to possible security screening conducted by park security personnel. Such inspections may include searches of clothing and carried belongings to identify prohibited items or potential safety risks.
All operating facilities and attractions are available subject to their respective operating rules. The specific safety regulations displayed at each attraction, whether in text or pictorial form, must be read and followed. Instructions from ride operators must always be observed.
Some attractions have specific requirements regarding height, age, and physical condition. These requirements are established by regulatory authorities and TÜV certification standards and also apply to guests with disabilities.
Guests remain responsible for determining whether an attraction is individually suitable for them. Ride operators may exclude individuals from using attractions for safety reasons, including factors such as size, body shape, physical limitations, or cognitive impairments. Such exclusions are safety measures and not discrimination.
To avoid disadvantaging waiting guests, attractions must be exited after each ride and re-entered through the regular entrance.
Anyone who knowingly disregards operating instructions or staff directions may be excluded from attractions without entitlement to compensation. This also applies to queue jumping.
Guests are liable for damages resulting from violations of operating regulations or deliberate or negligent damage.
Parents and group leaders remain fully responsible for supervising children and minors in their care. Movie Park Germany does not assume this responsibility. Supervisors and parents are liable for damages resulting from failure to fulfill their supervisory obligations in accordance with applicable law.
Movie Park Germany is liable only for damages caused by breach of essential contractual obligations or by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of its legal representatives or agents.

Nothing in these limitations affects liability for injury to life, body, or health.
All facilities are carefully maintained and monitored. If you suffer property damage, personal injury, or any other loss not solely caused by your own actions, please report it before leaving the park to security personnel, Guest Information, or the First Aid Station in the case of injuries.
Claims may be excluded if a report that could reasonably have been made before leaving the park is only submitted afterward.
Advertising, sales activities, surveys, or counting activities within the park, parking lots, or entrance areas require prior written permission from the management of Movie Park Germany.
Any theft occurring within the park will be reported to the police by park personnel or security staff.
Photography and filming for private purposes are generally permitted within Movie Park Germany. However, photographing identifiable individuals may require their consent. Compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR and copyright regulations, remains the responsibility of the photographer or videographer.
Commercial photography, filming, or use of attraction concepts and show procedures requires prior authorization from Movie Park Germany, at least in text form (e-mail).
For safety reasons, filming or photography while riding attractions is strictly prohibited. This includes cameras, GoPros, smartphones, and similar devices.
Photography and filming inside attractions such as haunted houses are also prohibited.
Movie Park Germany reserves the right to demand that unauthorized recordings not be distributed or published.
From time to time, Movie Park Germany or third parties may conduct filming, photography, or webcam broadcasts for advertising, television, or other purposes. Where possible, affected areas will be marked. Guests who do not wish to appear should avoid these areas or notify the photographer or film crew.
Members of the press, content creators, photographers, and similar professionals intending to create content for publication should contact our Press Office or Marketing Department in advance.
To prevent ticket resales and season pass misuse, purchasers may not:
Movie Park Germany may impose a contractual penalty of EUR 100.00 per violation. The number of violations is determined by the number of affected tickets or season passes involved.
Tickets and season passes involved in a violation become invalid and no longer grant admission. Movie Park Germany also reserves the right to refuse future ticket purchases and pursue additional civil or criminal remedies.
Movie Park Germany reserves the right to remove from the park, without compensation, any person who violates the Park Regulations or who is found on park premises without a valid ticket. A ban from the premises, including an indefinite ban, may also be imposed.
Individuals who harass others, misuse facilities, or fail to follow staff instructions may be removed from the park. No refund of admission fees, whether full or partial, will be granted.
